Your photo got rejected? Check it right on the application page.
The Snap4Passport extension checks your visa or passport photo against the official specification — pixels, file size, ratio, background — without leaving the form you are filling in, and fixes what fails in one click. No more bouncing to a separate tool after a portal has already said no.
Checked against the official spec, item by item
Pixel dimensions, file size in KB — both the maximum and the minimum — aspect ratio, background colour and head size. Every rule comes from the published specification for your document, the same verified spec library that powers this website.
One-click fix, right where you are
Failed a rule? Crop, resize and compress to the exact requirement in one click, download the corrected file and upload it back into the same form. No new tab, no second tool, no starting over.
100% local — your photo is never uploaded
The checker runs entirely in your browser, just like every tool on this site. Your photo never leaves your device, which is exactly how a document photo should be handled.
How it works
Open it on the application page
You are filling in a visa or passport form and reach the photo upload. Right-click your photo — or open the side panel — and pick your document type.
See the checklist
Each rule from the official specification is marked pass or needs-fix: dimensions, KB range, ratio, background, head size. You see exactly what a portal would reject, before it rejects it.
Fix, download, upload back
One click applies the corrections locally. Download the fixed file and upload it into the same form — the whole detour takes under a minute.

Questions
When will the extension launch?
It is in development now, and this page is how we measure real demand before the full build. Preorder buyers are activated automatically at launch — your activation details are emailed to the address you use at checkout. If the extension has not been released within 90 days of your purchase, email us and you get a full refund.
Will the extension make sure my photo gets accepted?
No tool can promise that, and we don't. The extension checks your photo against the official published specifications — the same rules the portals check — so you can catch and fix the common format mistakes (wrong size, file too heavy or too light, wrong ratio, wrong background) before you submit. Final acceptance is always decided by the issuing authority.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. All checking and fixing runs locally in your browser, on your device — the same architecture as every tool on this website. Nothing about your photo is transmitted or stored.
What exactly does the $9.99 preorder buy?
Lifetime access to the extension for a single one-time payment — no subscription. At launch we email your activation details automatically. If we have not released it within 90 days of your purchase, you can claim a full refund by emailing us with your payment ID.
Snap4Passport is an independent service and is not affiliated with any government, embassy or visa application centre. Specifications are checked against the official published sources; final acceptance of a photo is always decided by the issuing authority.
